In 2021, Shanghai Seagull Digital Camera Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Old Camera Photography Museum, which also bear the glorious historical memory of seagull cameras, jointly established the "Seagull Imaging Academy". The college will launch experience, training, and creation workshops combining photography technology and photography culture and art for the majority of photography enthusiasts, and provide a richer work display platform for photography enthusiasts through various forms such as photography exhibitions and competitions. At the same time, the college will also become the first window for the release of new seagull cameras in the future.

The establishment of Seagull Image Academy not only shows the seagull spirit to the world again, but also reflects today's seagull, as an image industry enterprise full of Chinese photographic history, hopes to contribute to the development of China's photographic culture.
